*PLEASE NOTE! In order to receive a refund, your Zeno must include ALL original packaging and contents (wall plug charger, product manual) along with a copy of the Zeno email confirmation and return no later than 30-days of original order date.

Upon return, credit will be applied to your original credit card used during the initial order.

If you return a Zeno without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) issued by Zeno Customer Service it will be accepted; however, you must include complete contact information as well as a copy of your order confirmation in the shipment. It is recommended to ship your Zeno by a carrier that offers tracking and insurance to protect your return as you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return process if shipping without an RMA.
